9 day Disney Vacation

We stayed here for 9 days on our Disney vacation the property itself is nice…. It wasn’t the nicest but it was big enough for all of us. The beds were hard and the first 3 nights it was so hot that we had to go out and buy fans. We had complained multiple times before they unlocked the thermostat… then the next day it started raining pretty hard on one of our off days and the ceiling started leaking. The grounds and the big pool was nice however the management for this property is not up to par… we won’t be coming back here….

Good location. Tired property. Poor property management

The property was at best ok. The best point is that it is in a good location for access to Disney World. It was hired through Executivevillas. It is not an ‘executive’ villa. It is in need of a makeover and modernising. At the least it needs redecorating. There were a number of significant issues. The air con was really noisy and didn’t reach all bedrooms. Clearly old and outdated. There was no kettle and the cutlery was ridiculous. There was one desert spoon and 3 forks. This for a 5 bedroom villa. We called the service management a number of times to get this resolved. It took 3 days. We were forced to use plastic cutlery we got from Disney parks and a pan to boil water. The choice of glasses was very poor. No wine glasses to speak of, just a couple of plastic flutes. A sink in one bathroom was blocked and again that took 3 days to resolve. The main bedroom upstairs, astonishingly, had no wardrobe. The property has potential but needs a lot of work. As it stands I would not recommend this property.

House was dirty Pool didn’t get turned on for 2 days after our request Towels didnt get delivered until 3 days after requesting House had couch and wall damage No basic needs provided Tp Or garage bags Vrbo Did not put all guests on list even after I gave the The list when I made reservations
