Very pleasant duplex in a recent residence, quiet, chalet atmosphere, offering an unobstructed view facing south towards the mountains and the Janus.

Functional equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso).



Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed 180, 1 bedroom with double bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 high-end 160 convertible sofa (comfort mattress) + TV, 1 shower room with WC.
