This cottage is recently renovated and sleeps 4.
Enjoy Beautiful views of back bay from the covered porch in a gated RV resort and 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. The resort has 2 pools, sauna, fitness room, basketball, tennis, golf cart rentals next door and make sure you bring your fishing poles to use at the Beautiful Sandbridge Fishing pier right around the corner. There is No WiFi at this location.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take all trash to the dumpster near the 2nd pool near the maintenance area. Don't leave trash out over night the resort charges a $50 fee. It will have to be taken around to the dumpster. Return pass.
Be careful not to wonder on other lots. Owners live on site and have cameras and watch their lots. Be respectful of other lots. Return gate pass and keys to avoid additional charges.
Quiet hours are 10 pm. Keep food in refrigerator and in microwave to avoid attracting ants. There is no WI-FI at this property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be placed outside at driveway light post before 10:00 am. No smoking on property.Bring towels sheets and pillows.
Taxes will be applied at checkout. It is the renters responsibility to make sure taxes are included in your rate upon processing your payment.
Please clean unit back to orginal check in status. There is a vacuum, broom and dust pan in the bedroom closet. Wifi is only at club house.
