My name is Megan, I am a working Mom of 2 young kids, Grace and Teddy. We live in Charlotte and have been coming to Pinehurst for 20 years. I am a golfer, and trying to make my 4 & 6 year old love it so I can get out to the course more! My visits to the area pre-kids used to be about the bar scene, golf and shopping. Now we utilize the parks, driving ranges and pools more often. I enjoy helping people get to know the area and am thrilled when people fall in love with Pinehurst. We have a beautiful view of Lake Pinehurst, the sunsets cannot be beat from my porch, the reason why we called it The Perch! I hope you'll visit soon.

Why they chose this property

My parents live across the street from the condo, I bought The Perch as our extended family grew and the grandkids no longer all fit at their house. We spend many holidays and long weekends in Pinehurst. The pool at Lakeview is so lovely in the summer and our complex is the only one in Pinehurst with a community pool anymore!

What makes this property unique

Did you see the note about the pool! Also the sunsets on the porch in the evening. If you need two places, my downstairs neighbor rents her place too so we can coordinate two 2 bedrooms if you need more space. Just reach out to me!
