WELCOME to La SeaEsta! Your perfect retreat to play, work, and relax, located just 3 miles from the white sands of Navarre Beach. This home offers a little bit of everything for everyone, from digital nomads to families on vacation.

The Space

Step into a cozy and inviting open-plan home. The living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, a big-screen Smart TV with an AT&T TV subscription (90+ channels), and a classic 12-in-1 arcade game for endless fun. The space also includes a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra guests.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, with bar seating for two. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating in the living room. The back door leads to a private, fenced-in yard with a patio, pergola, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill—perfect for an evening barbecue.

Our home offers three comfortable bedrooms:

Primary Suite: Unwind on a new premium adjustable king-size mattress. This room includes a quiet work desk with a high-speed ethernet connection, a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is a private oasis with a garden tub, separate shower, and his-and-her sinks.

Second Bedroom: Features a new adjustable queen mattress and a Smart TV.

Third Bedroom: Furnished with a new bunk bed and mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests, and includes a Smart TV.

A full bathroom is located in the hall, and a laundry room is available with a washer, dryer, and supplies. Ceiling fans in every room keep the home cool and comfortable.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the entire home, including a private 1-car garage for your personal use. We've also provided a couple of bikes, perfect for exploring the neighborhood or taking a scenic 20-minute ride (2.6 miles) to the beach.

The Neighborhood

Our home is nestled in a well-established, quiet cul-de-sac in Navarre. You're just minutes from grocery stores and local dining favorites. Enjoy Mexican food at Cactus Flower Cafe or fresh seafood at Dewey Destin’s and the Shrimp Basket, all within a 4-minute drive.

The main attraction, Navarre Beach, with its pier and easy beach access, is only a short 8-minute drive away. You're also close to the local zoo and the sea turtle rescue center, both less than 3 miles away.

Getting Around

While a car is recommended to explore the wider area, our central location puts everything at your fingertips. For a change of scenery, four other beautiful beaches - Destin, Fort Walton, Okaloosa Island, and Pensacola, are all within a 45-minute drive.

The heart of Destin is 23 miles away, and the stunning Gulf Islands National Seashore is just 18 miles from your door. Local activities like bike rides, dune buggy rentals, and windsurfing are all readily available.

All pets must be approved by the owner

Please be sure to clean up after your dog in the yard

Security Cameras: For your security, we have cameras monitoring the front of the home and in the garage.

Furniture: Please do not move the furniture. A fee may be incurred if furniture needs to be moved back into place.
