Experience country living on a working horse farm! Our peaceful home sits on a property with approximately 10 horses and the genuine sights and sounds of farm life. Guests will enjoy spacious indoor living and abundant outdoor space in a true rural setting, just minutes from I 83, local hiking trails, and scenic parks. Whether you’re coming to relax on the porch with a morning coffee, visit the horses, or explore nearby state parks and trails, you’ll enjoy an authentic country experience! Please note the surrounding fields are privately owned and used for Horse pasture only. Electrical transmission towers are located within the pasture fields and are visible from parts of the property. This is a working farm environment and part of the rural landscape. A hidden gem surrounded by a wooded private park in an equestrian atmosphere. We are located near several wedding venues with Pond View Farm being less than 5 minutes away! Located on a peaceful horse farm in the middle of a beautiful private conservation park. We have lots of trails for hiking that leads to a creek for fishing and swimming just a short hike on the property. Guests are welcome to visit the horses and chickens on the property! Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for relaxing around the camp fire. We provide some ingredients for making the perfect s’mores! This is a quiet place to enjoy nature and reconnect with family and friends. Don’t forget to bring your own fire wood or feel free to find your own in the surrounding woods on the property. We are ten minutes from royal farms, grocery’s and restaurants. Greystone golf course and restaurant,Rock State Park home of the King and Queen seat,Kilgore Falls,Geneva farm golf course and restaurant, Pretty boy reservoir, Lock Raven reservoir and park, Inverness brewery, Fallingbranch brewery, Big truck farm brewery, and Slate farm brewery are all less than a 30 minute drive!

*Smart tv-just log into your own streaming account and enjoy! *Stairs-please be mindful there are stairs to climb to enter the apartment. *Keys-the home has keyless entry and you’ll receive a code shortly before arrival. *Parking-you will receive a message with designated parking instructions. *Starter items-we provide some basic items to help with your first night like toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent please plan to pack/buy any additional disposable or specialty kitchen, bathroom, and laundry items required for the length of your stay. *Trip insurance-we encourage all guest to purchase trip insurance to protect themselves against any scene or unforeseen events that would prevent or disrupt their trip, including personal emergencies, inclement weather, power outages, etc…. *Guests are welcome to explore the conservation park surrounding our property. *You’re welcome to visit the horses and chickens at your own risk, but please do not enter the fields, stalls, or chicken enclosure. *Please do not feed any animals on the property without permission from your host. *Children must be supervised at all times. *Rate discounts-we adjust our prices to reflect the current market, our location and the amenities we offer. We do not accept discount request. *Other things to note: The road leading to the apartment is a single lane gravel road.
*The building holds 2 separate apartments, one on each side of the building with private entrances and a large shared parking area.
*The units are on a well and septic with a large shared hot water heater. *Electrical towers are located in the horse fields which are not accessible to guests. *You may bring your own fire wood for the campfire or find your own in the woods on the property.
*Please bring charcoal for the grill if you plan to use it!
