Quiet In-Town Home

Located centrally in Matagorda, you are near the harbor and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. 1/2 Acre grass lot with plenty of room to run and play as well as park any size/multiple boats. House has central A/C, with ceiling fans in every room.
Full kitchen. Outside sitting area with large picnic table for eating situated under the elevated house. Two fire pits, smoker and gas grill. Pet Friendly. This is our vacation home that we share when we aren't able to enjoy it ourselves. The settings require a one day advance notice. If you are looking to book same day, please direct message me for availability.

Quiet quaint beach house

Great little place... we really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was right.It pretty much was stocked with anything we needed.We didn't want for anything. We enjoyed the outside spaces as well.

Just as listed!

Theresa home was just perfect. Had everything we needed, kitchen had every appliance you need. The king size bed was super comfortable. Just a short drive to the beach, will definitely be back.

Wonderfully comfortable

The house was very relaxing and comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was close to several places to eat and shop, and just a few miles from the beach. Soft beds and pillows make such a difference when you’re on vacation and the ones here were wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice house!

This house was perfect! So clean without an overwhelming smell of cleaning products when first walked in. The location was perfect and in such a quiet neighborhood. Fully functioning kitchen with every gadget you could think of! We will definitely look to book here first for all our future trips!

The inside of the house was great. Very roomy, everyone was very pleased. Outside was a little different, the gas grill was so rusted it was unusable. The regular grill had no lid, so hot dogs or sausages were the only option. Byt

Great base for hunting
