6 bedroom amazing home in Malling

This cozy 2021 renovated wooden vacation home is located on a large plot high in the countryside. From the house and the terrace you have a magnificent and beautiful view of meadow, forest and fields. Here it is not uncommon to see fallow deer creeping around the house. The house is located in a quiet and undisturbed area. In 2017, an extension of 40 m² with a sloping ceiling was added. In total there are 6 smaller bedrooms. All have double beds and wardrobes, they are also divided into 3 sections in the house.

In case of bad weather, the hobby room will definitely attract both children and adults. It is equipped with pool table, table soccer, air field hockey, PlayStation as well as bar stools and tables and an additional fridge. There is also a 2-person spa, sauna and 4 televisions in the house.

Outside there is a hot tub for 8 people that can be used all year round. Outside you will find table tennis, soccer goals and volleyball nets. For the children there are swings, a playhouse, a slide, a seesaw, a sandbox, two campfire areas and a trampoline with nets. On a terrace of almost 200 m² with lots of garden furniture spread around the house, you will almost always find a place to relax.

Just over 1 km from the house is the beautiful Ajstrup beach. Fløjstrup Skoven is only 2.5 km from the house, where among other things a 25 km mountain bike route called "Marselisborg Sporet" runs in the forest along the water to Aarhus. The city of Aarhus is only 15 minutes drive away.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Aktivitäten 🏓🎮🎱🕹. Uns wurde nie langweilig, die Stadt Arhus war nur 15 km entfernt, sowie Odder auch. In der Bruuns Galerie (Einkaufszentrum) in Arhus war es auch sehr schön zum bummeln. Der Strand war auch circa 1,5 km entfernt, was wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind, da es leider keinen Fußgängerweg gibt🙄😢.Das Haus hatte auch Eintritt in einem Badeland gratis 🏊‍♂️, leider konnten wir nicht rausfinden wo und in welchem.Die Wallbox zum Auto aufladen ist auch ein wenig falsch angebracht, da sie sehr steil bergab geht und wir leider nicht mehr mit eigener Kraft hoch kamen 🙈🤷🏼‍♂️.Im großen und ganzen hatten wir viiiieeeeelllll SPAß und haben die Zeit, die auch wieder sehr schnell verging sehr gut genutzt um abzuschalten.Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter, die auch wie wir ein wenig Ruhe brauchen.
