DIRECT OCEANFRONT TOWNHOUSE ON PRIVATE BEACH -MANTOLOKING

Step right onto the sand from the private deck of this three level oceanfront retreat. Stroll down the private dune walk ( shared by a total of 14 units) to the private beach which never gets the typical NJ shore crowds. The townhouse features three spacious levels.
Central A/C, Cable TV, high speed internet, washer, dryer and outdoor shower are some of the amenities. There is dedicated parking for up to 3 cars directly in front of the unit. The townhouse is located in a very desirable family area, close to all conveniences but quiet and relaxing. This upcomming summer season this unit has been made available for rent. In prior years it was exclusively used by the owners. A very special place. No pets allowed as per the association rules.

Great Place

Robert and Elena have a wonder place. The view and location is unmatched. They are wonderful renters, the place is clean and it’s a great place for our two young kids; they even left welcome gifts. We will definitely be renting again!

Great place to stay

The condo is very well appointed and maintained. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside shower is great to keep from getting sand in the house. We had a minor issue with the front door but the owner is very responsive and he came and repaired it quickly. It is about 15 minutes from Jenkinsons by car, but if that's not important to you then the location is great.

Perfect Location & Great Managers

This location was perfect, especially for us with little kids. Being beach front made it so easy to make short visits between meals and naps, but also there was a little sand to play in right off the deck which was perfect too. It was also nice to be a short 10 min drive to both Point Pleasant and Seaside to visit both during our stay. And the owners were so thoughtful to have a little welcoming gift for us, but also little toys for our children. They were also incredibly fast to respond to any question. All around great experience!

A little bit of Heaven

Our family totally enjoyed everything about this property!! Rob and Elena made you feel at comfortable with the entire process! They are prompt to respond to questions and helped to guide us on optimizing our time there. My children who traveled from Houston were in awe of being right on the beach to experience the most beautiful sunrises. We had ideal weather and were able to take advantage of fun activities like the Pirate Ship Adventure, Point Pleasant Boardwalk, Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe and more. It’s an ideal location and property and we look forward in making this our annual family vacation spot!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Mantoloking at this property. My wife and I stayed with our two children and our mothers for the week. Traveling with 2 children under 3 is always very difficult, but the location of the property and the amenities made this a stress free vacation for my family. Being just steps away from the private beach made it easy to go back and forth for bathroom trips, snack, and nap time. The private beach was such a luxury to have.The master bedroom had an amazing view of the ocean and our kids loved running into our room every morning to watch the sunrise from bed. The property owners were wonderful to work with. During the booking process they were super helpful prompt answering questions about the property and always were prompt with their response. They left us a fantastic welcome basket that really made us feel at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice family summer vacation on the shore and can't wait to come back.

Amazing Location

Amazing location with direct access to private beach nit to mention close to restaurants, shops playgrounds and more. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even had baby pack & play. Hosts were responsive, provided recommendations and left a very generous gift basket upon our arrival. Would rent again and highly recommend for adults or a family with small kids

Perfect location and excellent host

The property is right on a private beach. The beach is sectioned of for use by only available to few houses so it's not crowded at all and locals are there. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect if you have older kids or friends joining. There are three nice bedrooms on the top and the basement has a suite with a seating area and private bath. The kitchen is well stocked and the dinning and living rooms are very comfortable. The garage has many chairs and umbrellas so you do not need to bring anything for the beach. I am not sure if the host is classified as super host, but if they are not, they should be. They responded very fast on all our queries and they even had a nice wine basket waiting for us when we checked in. It was not required but very nice of them. It's a very quite neighborhood and would highly recommended this unit.

Beautiful location

We had the best time on our beach vacation. You can’t beat the location if you love relaxing on the beach. The private beach is awesome, no crowds, plenty of space for all beach activities. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5, room to be together, and room to have alone time. ( a necessity with teenagers 😄). There is one restaurant within walking distance, other options require a short drive. Seaside heights/boardwalk is also a short drive if you are looking for entertainment. We all agreed we would love to return for another vacation at this condo. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. We already miss hearing the ocean waves!!!

Beachfront Gem

We loved everything about our stay, from the warm arrival by the owners to the outstanding location (between Point Pleasant and Lavallette) to the thoughtful amenities and nighttime sound of breaking waves. Perfect size for three couples or a family of six.
