It’s the best time of the year- lake season!

Swimming, boating, hikes, cliff jumping, tubing- all available at the beautiful Table Rock Lake!

Come enjoy our relaxing getaway - steps from the water and Holiday Island Marina! In addition to the 3bed/2bath layout, our unit has a large indoor and outdoor living space, views of Table Rock Lake, and everything you need for a laid back lake trip.

Looking for more space? Calendar permitting, you can also rent the next door unit (same building) under listing 3140827 to sleep 8 additional guests.

We've tried to think of everything - grill, yard games, 2 refrigerators (plenty of room for your lake brews!), washer/dryer, board games, DVDs, puzzles, and books.

Ample sleeping space for 11: master bedroom (full en suite) with comfy king bed and twin size bunk beds; queen room with queen bunkbeds, king room, and queen size pullout. There's also a baby bathtub and highchair for your use.


The large meadow on the property is perfect for the kids to run around and play, or to enjoy some yard games provided (bags and ladder ball). The parking lot below is convenient to accomodate your trailers and boats.

With the bedrooms on the other side of the unit from the living space, no need to worry about waking the kids while unwinding from your (non) stressful day on the water!

Covered porch has a sunshade you can pull down while enjoying your sunset views of the lake.

15 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs- you can enjoy the best of both worlds - lake living and small town exploring!

Both TVs are connected to the internet and you can sign in to any of your favorite apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.). Note: No cable tv.

Please note this unit has a straight staircase down to enter. Not recommended for guests that struggle with stairs, but our other unit (listing number above) has a lower level bed and bath that can accommodate.

Property has a motion activated security camera at the front entrance that covers the door and parking area. Second camera is above and to left of sliding door as you walk outside. Camera covers door, deck, patio and rear window.

Property has noise monitor, no audio is recorded but sound levels are monitore

Fantastic Stay

Mellissa was great to deal with. The place was very clean and a perfect location to the marina and lake activities. Eureka Springs is just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Off season getaway

A group of 7 of us came up for my bachelorette party! We had a great weekend! We came during off season, so the stay was quiet and peaceful! We had just a short drive to eureka springs, where we spent the weekend shopping, exploring and touring the crescent! What a great stay! We would definitely recommend.

Eureka!

We had a great time on Holiday Island and visiting Eureka Springs. The vacation rental was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating meals on the patio and playing the board games that are there.

Clean and just what we needed

This place was great! Really can’t complain about anything. It was really close to the marina and the swimming areas plus an excellent outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood with some really fun and nice neighbors! We’ll definitely return!

Great property!!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We did t spend much time in the condo but the beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to adjust and worked (thankfully as it was over 100 each day we were there) and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access to everything on the island and very easy to work with the property manager - Melissa. Thank you!! John

Very comfortable and clean

Our family takes an annual trip here to jet boat up the river. The condo is right by the boat ramp/marina and has plenty of parking for trailers. The condo was very clean! Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you could need. The ‘welcome to the lake’ kid’s drawing on the fridge is adorable. Beautiful view from the kitchen/dining room. A lot of windows for natural light. We will definitely choose this condo for our trips back when it’s available.

Cousin retreat

We have a cousin retreat every year and we chose Eureka Springs this year. The place was very clean and comfortable. Hostess was very friendly and got back with you quickly. Great place to stay.

Great Stay

This property has a great location to the beach and marina - easy access into / out of the property. It is perfect for location to the marina (able to park the boat and trailer) in the driveway. Hosts are so accommodating and respond immediately to any needs -- THANK YOU! We had a WONDERFUL time! The three bedrooms worked out perfect and the location of the dining and kitchen were perfect. Also loved the fact that there is a covered porch as well as uncovered.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Table Rock Lake for over 40 years. We were very excited to find a lake front property on the west side of the lake right next to Holiday Island marina!

What makes this property unique

Clear and calm water provide a great opportunity for water sports or just floating in the lake enjoying a cold drink! Less than 20 minutes from Eureka Springs! Lots of green space for kids or yard games. Walk to the water to swim, paddle board or fish.
