The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 80 m² flat in Villarembert, with mountain views and a ski station within walking distance (by footpath). It can accommodate up to 10 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A storeroom
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- 700 m² of lush green grounds
- 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- A separate ski locker

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Les Sylbelles ski resort (4th largest in France with 310 km of pistes)( https://www.sybelles.ski) located 4.7 km from the flat, accessible by car or by shuttle bus during the February school holidays, on foot by footpath in summer (20 to 30 minutes) or on snowshoes in winter.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 parking spaces only).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne TGV station, 12 km away.
- Nearest airport: Lyon airport, 1h45 away (171 km) and Chamberry, 1h away (95 km)

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility, with a deposit of €300 payable on site (or an additional €300 payable to our service provider on site).
