Beautiful 2 bedroom (with loft) 2 bath vacation rental located inside the gates of Rumbling Bald Resort. Two (2) 18 hole golf courses, beautiful lake, wellness center, mini golf, indoor/outdoor pools. Close to Chimney Rock Park.

Clean, Cozy, Not the View I Thought I Was Getting

The unit I stayed in is definitely a bit dated, but was very clean and cozy. My main gripe is with the fact that one of the images on the listing shows a porch with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain backdrop. That's what I thought I was getting. That's not what I got though. That image is from another unit in the same vicinity of where I stayed. My unit was across the street and the porch faced a bunch of trees. I was pretty disappointed to discover that upon arriving. This listing needs to be updated to remove that image as many folks going to a destination like this look for nice views when choosing a rental.
