Upon entering the house, you will discover a charming living area with its small mezzanine, ideal for reading a good book left at your disposal. From this room, you access the through kitchen, new and fully equipped. It then leads to a WC, the shower room with shower, then the living room equipped with a lovely fireplace to warm up in winter after having done a good hike along the seaside. Still on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with its double bed.
Upstairs, 2 other rooms full of charm with their exposed beams, equipped with a double bed in 140 x 190 for one and a single bed in 90 x 190 for the other. However, the floor is low-ceilinged: mind your head for tall people!
This beautiful Breton house is built on a vast fully enclosed plot of over 3500m², ideal for children or dogs. This property is also a testament to history, with its old stones, authentic character and its (secured) well. The quiet location close to the sea allows you to escape the bustling urban life. You can enjoy relaxing walks by the sea, hike, cycle, fish or simply relax on one of the many beaches.
A small room is also made available to you for storing the pushchair, a few bicycles, paddles...
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist sites of the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: go and explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the lovely, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of Ile Vierge, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the fine arts museum in Brest...
For children, you will also find nearby: La récré des 3 curés (theme park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing are located nearby, as well as golf courses including the one in Abers.
