The villa is in a great location: near to airport, local village and Trogir town and the city of Split. We didn’t need a hire car which was a bonus. The villa was well equipped and had enjoyable entertainment options: pool table, table tennis and Playstation. Outside was amazing with a shaded pergola area, lovely pool, bbq, a number of loungers, and an astroturf area for badminton/volleyball.It was excellent being able to walk to local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beaches.The owner, Ivan was very accommodating and was on hand to greet us on our arrival and was always available if we needed advice or help with anything.A great family holiday was had by three family generations.

The house and garden were very nice and We enjoyed it very much But the fridge and freeser did not work properly one day all was frozen and next day it was warm. One heat watertank was leaking and the solution was that the owner turned it of. One toilette was flushing very long time. Check out should be 10 a clock But We had to leave at 9 o clock.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, Ivan. C’est une personne très accueillante et disponible.La villa est parfaite pour les grands groupes, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. L’extérieur est très agréable et spacieux, avec une belle piscine, ainsi qu’un bel espace de détente et d’activités.Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la villa. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Die Hausbesitzer sind zuvorkommend und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle und lösen diese schnellstmöglich. Wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist wirklich gut, große Zimmer, genug Platz und viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Der Pool ist mega!Die Türen und Betten knarren ein wenig. Und der Grill könnte perfektioniert werden da die Wärme schnell flöten geht und man dadurch mehr Grillkohle benötigt.Paar mehr Stühle anstatt nur der Bänke wären noch eine Anregung.Alles meckern auf hohem Niveau.Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen und es jedem empfehlen der in Trogir (Kastel Luksic) Urlaub machen möchte.Tip top Urlaub!Besten Dank und bis bald.
