The cozy furnished cottage is located a short walk from the beach. You have a wonderful base for a comfortable stay here. From the house you look out over dunes, the terraces are perfect for relaxing and barbecues. Inside is the pool, where you can frolic all year round. The jacuzzi next to it is designed for 4 people. You look into the pool room through the glass wall from the living room. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and a Hems.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna sind gut. Ebenfalls die Küche, sowie der Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind gut eingerichtet und sauber. Man kann dort eine schöne erholsame Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Restaurant und Einkauf fußläufig.Einige negative Dinge jedoch:Grill war voller Kohle, es lag noch eine Wurst darauf.Die Pflastersteine außen um das Haus mal von Unkraut befreien.Fensterscheiben sollen bei jeder Endreinigung gereinigt werden. Diese waren bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig/Abdrücke von Händen.Kaputte Holzbank hinter dem Haus sollte entfernt werden.Alles in allem jedoch empfehlenswert.

Nachteilig bei diesem Haus sind die beiden innen liegenden Badezimmer. Dadurch sind keine Fenster zum Lüften vorhanden. Das eine Waschbecken reicht gerade mal zum Händewaschen. Wenn man das tolerieren kann, ist es ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Betten (zumindest teilweise) sollten mal wieder gewaschen werden (Kopfkissen, Unterlagen etc.) Das Waschbecken in der Küche hat keinen funktionsfähigen Stöpsel, so dass das Wasser wegläuft, man kann in diesem Becken nicht abwaschen. Der Grill und besonders das Grillbesteck sollten mal erneuert werden - total verrostet!
