This is not a minimalist "rental" apartment but a second residence well equipped and very well located where it is good to live in comfort, starting with a garage in the building, good bedding, wifi, television, dishwasher 4 covers, oven, microwave oven, crepe maker, coffee machine, plancha.....<br>The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and electric awning facing south and sheltered.<br>There are two bedrooms that open onto the rear terrace: a matrimonial suite with bathroom and a bedroom with trundle beds and sink. The toilet is separate.<br>When you leave the building, you will only have to turn the corner to be in the shopping avenue where prestigious boutiques abound and you will only have to cross it to find yourself on the seawall, by the sea.<br>Nieuwpoort is a very famous resort and its marina is the largest in northern Europe.<br>You can reach it by a walk along the channel, go to the end of the pier overlooking the sea, cross the channel by boat and visit the nature reserve, go from beach to beach, go sailing, cycling, golfing, swimming in the sea or in the pool... Visit Veurne, Nieuwpoort city, Bruges....<br>Ghent is about fifty km away, Brussels 120 km, Dunkirk 30 minutes by car.<br>Personally, I love to ride my bike along the canals, go for a drink at the yacht club or in a town or village square, walk on the beach and go to a nice little restaurant on the or elsewhere to end the day. <br>Welcome to my nest by the sea where, as soon as the weather permits, you can live outside.<br>Rental by weekend, week, fortnight... the length of the stay changes the price.<br>The apartment is perfect for 2, 3 or 4 people (and for 6 occasionally for an extra charge of 20 euros pp). <br>Ps: the apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities because there are about ten steps to get there.<br><br>
