Le Bossuet - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

In the heart of the 6th arrondissement, we are offering to rent a 72m² flat with north-south exposure.
Bossuet is located on the 4th floor with lift of a building built in 1951.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights)

The flat is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall leading directly to the dining room, living room and kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three-burner hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- A very bright living room with a sofa, a library with books and board games, and a television with an internet box.
- A dining room with a round table seating 4 people (an extension is possible), and a large glazed wall cupboard with sliding doors.
- A bathroom with a shower and a transparent bubble bath, a large washbasin and a washing machine/dryer.
- A separate toilet, with a large wall cupboard for storing shoes.
- The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x200), a large storage cupboard and a small study area. The little extra: a balcony to enjoy a summer's evening, with a coffee table, two metal armchairs and a tarpaulin for a little spot of shade.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a cupboard and wardrobe.

Located just a few metres from the Masséna metro station and the town hall of the 6th arrondissement, this is a district renowned for its residential and shopping facilities: Clothes shops, restaurants, bakeries, the Halles Paul Bocuse, for epicureans, and for nature lovers, the Parc de la Tête-d'or... Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lyon.

Transport :
- If you come by car, you can also park in a private outdoor car park.
- Metro line A: Masséna and Foch stops.
- Nearest train station: Gare de la Part-Dieu, 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry, 40 minutes' drive from the property, or you can take the Rhône express from Part-Dieu station in 29 minutes.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels included. Carpets and tea towels are also provided and beds are made on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few welcome products (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil).
- This room can accommodate 4 people, perfect for a family on a medium-term business trip.
- Blackout curtains in each room, as well as manual shutters.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
