MEDITERRANEE PROMENADE is a flat with an exceptional location on the Promenade des Anglais, offering magnificent sea views.



This spacious flat will provide you with all the comfort you need.

The spacious living area comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto a balcony offering a magnificent sea view. The living room opens onto the master bedroom, which has the advantage of offering a sea view from its queen size bed.

A second bedroom at the back of the flat has two single beds. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower, a double washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine + tumble dryer. There is a second separate toilet.



Located on the 6th floor (with lift) of a luxury residence, you will enjoy a wifi internet connection and air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Amazing stay!

The apartment was even more beautiful in person. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony. The appliances, especially the washer and dryer unit were amazing. Elevator is small but reliable. A one minute walk from where you pick up the keys. Would totally recommend!!!

Exceptional location and a lovely apartment

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is spacious and provides a stunning view of the Mediterranean.As a minor issue, we felt the kitchen was poorly supplied. Although there were abundant dishes (four or five sets!), some of the basics were missing, most notably garbage bags, cellophane, and tin foil. The cooking utensils were old and, at times, difficult to use, and the pots and pans were likewise old. This is not unusual in a VRBO location, but one of the big reasons we use VRBO and other services rather than hotels is that we like to cook for ourselves for part of the trip. Nevertheless, we were delighted with this excellent property and plan to return again!

Pros: The apartment itself was nice and clean. Our stay was pleasant with a great view of the promenade. It was in walking distance of the old town, food and necessities. Cons: Some coffee pods and/or tea would have been nice to start though. The communication with management was also lacking and took over a day and multiple emails for anyone to respond to our questions when we first arrived. Parking was advertised as available but was not when we arrived. We ended up having to park in a private garage a few blocks away.

Beautiful view

This place has a beautiful view but it’s not very welcoming. There are zero amenities or direct contact with the owner or concierge. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one hand towel & scratchy small bath towel per person, travel sized shampoo & bath gel, no soap, no trash bags, no beach towels. Feels like you are being nickel and dimed. Feels like a cheap experience.

Spectacular apartment with an unbelievable view — but be prepared to workThis is a truly beautiful apartment with a stunning view, and our overall experience of the space itself was wonderful. The interior is well-designed, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for in a vacation stay.However, the experience was somewhat overshadowed by the demands placed on guests by the management company. Upon arrival, we were expected to complete a detailed inventory — with photo documentation — by midnight on the day we checked in. This was stressful and not a relaxing way to begin a stay.Check-out was similarly burdensome. We weren’t able to enjoy a final breakfast because of the lengthy list of required chores. For example, guests are expected to run the dishwasher and wait for its full cycle — including drying — to complete, then return all dishes to their exact original locations. These tasks took a significant amount of time on our last morning.We loved the apartment itself, but the extensive guest responsibilities felt more suited to a long-term rental arrangement than a relaxing vacation experience. If you're okay with that trade-off, the property is otherwise exceptional.

ONE OF BEST RENTAL APARTMENTS ON PROMENADE IN OVER 30 YEARS!

I totally enjoyed the new renovation of this apartment. The owners took much care in planning this remodel including moving walls and rooms around. The double balcony sea-view is always a big plus. The air conditioning units worked just fine and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware and nice beverage glasses. And that everything all matched also! Beds slept fine too. Unfortunately the owners placed both bathrooms next to each other and the 2nd bedroom is further away. It would be much better sleeping if it could be asked prior to occupancy what configuration of the beds would be preferred and that way the sheet set would fit the beds better. The bottom sheets were not fitted sheets and we were up all evening long with the bottom sheet constantly gathering together since it wasn't long enough to tuck under the mattress to hold them. The kitchen was adequately appointed except the toaster was very inexpensive and not operate effectively. Otherwise, we will contact back to re-rent for another year.

Séjour magnifique…!

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Location parfaite et vue magnifique sur la mer. À proximité à pied de tous les commerces et lieux d’intérêt nous allions au marché du Cours Salaya à tous les jours. Calme et bien insonorisé. Le couple de concierges est d’une amabilité parfaite. Une odeur de mazout est persistance dans l’immeuble. Des travaux étaient faits durant notre séjour.
