Located a few minutes from downtown Bandol, you will be in the best place to enjoy the proximity of the sea with all the advantages of a residential district, with shops nearby. It will only take you a few minutes to walk to reach Capelan beach. In around twenty minutes, you will reach Engraviers beach along the coastline. The town center of Bandol and its port are around twenty minutes away on foot. You will find many restaurants there: do not hesitate to stop at 8.27 (wine bar) or enter the casino to discover its panoramic restaurant, the Rotonde.
