⚡️VILLA Waky & Golf - Garden of the Atlas

Discover this magnificent villa overlooking the golf course, decorated with fine materials and featuring a cosy, colourful atmosphere, located in the “Les Jardins de l’Atlas” resort. This sumptuous complex is best known for its water activities, specifically the Waky, Marrakech’s first water ski lift. It is also part of a secure complex featuring an 18-hole golf course (Parcours Palm Ourika), tennis courts, and a football field.

This villa is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful of them all. Its cosy, sleek design, with spacious and bright rooms, is sure to charm you. It features, among other things, a dining area and a splendid living room decorated in a minimalist style. The furnishings in this part of the house are truly top-notch. A magnificent floor-to-ceiling window offers a view of the terrace, where you’ll find a pool to enjoy during the warm, sunny summer months.
You’ll have access to a modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) with plenty of storage space.
The sleeping area consists of 3 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms available.
As for the outdoor area, you’ll be able to enjoy two swimming pools, one of which is completely private. There are also two beautifully landscaped, sunny outdoor terraces—one located near the private pool on the ground floor and the other on the villa’s rooftop.

The villa is located within the “Les Jardins de l’Atlas” resort. Parking is available in front of the villa.

Waky Marrakech is located in the heart of Les Jardins de l’Atlas, a complex of dozens of luxurious villas and apartments, where everything is designed for your comfort. Waky Marrakech was born out of a collaboration between the complex’s president and world waterski champion Francis Koot.

The best way to reach the complex is by car, as it is located in the Jardins de l’Atlas.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM only.

Please note the following additional fees:

- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 100 DH
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 200 DH

IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our valued guests that:

- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.

- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.

- You are asked to be considerate of the area (quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.

- If noise regulations are not followed, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.

- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.

- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodation, in accordance with the residence’s rules.

- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the renter is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the renter.
