Very nice apartment with reversible air conditioning for 6 people of 95m² + 140 m² of terrace including 40m² of bioclimatic pergola with breathtaking views of the Thau and Sète ponds, composed of 3 bedrooms with terrace access.

- a large fully equipped kitchen living room of 40 m² opening entirely onto the terrace so very bright. Weber electric barbecue.

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, the sailing centre, the cinema, the tennis club. The centre of the village is 10-15 minutes walk with all shops, local market 2 times a week. The port with restaurant and boat rental 8 minutes walk.

A parking space in a box in the basement of the building is included in the rental
