This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The accommodation, garden, and pool are reserved for tenants only. Parking is available on site.
This rental is located on the first floor of the house. The ground floor is not occupied.

Two large terraces, one shaded, one sunny.
Private 9x4.5 m swimming pool with alarm. Pool access from June 15th to September 15th.
Double pergola with garden table.

This house is ideal for 7 people +/- 1 baby. Maximum number of guests must be respected, otherwise the rental agreement will be terminated.

Modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. High chair available.

Large living room, separate from the kitchen, with a view of the pool. Canal+ and Prime Video are available.
Work or leisure area with board games available.

The three 12m² bedrooms each have a 140cm bed, and one of them also has a 90cm bed.
The large, bright bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, double sink, and washing machine.
In addition, there is a separate toilet.

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided for stays of more than 4 nights.

Travel cot, Wi-Fi (fiberglass), and air conditioning are included in the rental.

Pets are welcome if they are respectful of the property.

The house is located 400m from shops.
Caunes Minervois has several shops, a children's playground, a 13th-century Benedictine abbey, and shaded café terraces. Discover the abbey and its Romanesque chevet, its Maurist cloister, and its underground archaeological remains. Stroll through the medieval village and its cobbled streets, its art workshops and galleries, and the "Marble and Terroir" Ecomuseum.
Breathe: hiking and climbing, and visit the marble quarries.
Renowned for its red marble used in the Palace of Versailles, the Louvre, and the Paris Opera, as well as its 13th-century Benedictine abbey.
Caunes-Minervois is located 25 minutes northeast of Carcassonne.

Un super sejour

Nous avons passé un super sejour en famille ! La maison est tres agréable et l'exterieur est parfait avec la terrasse / BBQ / piscine. Arrivée autonome très pratique, les renseignements fournis par l'hôte étaient très précis.  Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, et même au dessus de nos attentes.  Top rapport qualité / prix. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
