It includes on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a living room including a dining room and a lounge opening onto a terrace, an equipped kitchen open to the living room with pantry, a laundry room, a bedroom (1) with two single beds, and adjoining shower room/WC, a reading corner and a separate WC.
On the first level: a bedroom (2) with two single beds, a bedroom (3) with a 140x200 double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Small private parking space. Internet. Air conditioner.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Distance from the Palais des Festivals 20 min on foot. Possibility of parking in front of the house (free spaces)
ARRIVALS:
Monday to Saturday from 3 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] No arrival on Sunday.
Arrivals after 6 [hidden] will be charged 40 hours/hour.
