Die Lage ist perfekt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Manko: nur ein WC und einige Zimmertüren klemmen. Aber deshalb keinen Punktabzug! Geräuschempfindliche könnten die Tram als störend empfinden.

Kurz gesagt, alle waren sehr enttäuscht...Diese Wohnung hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge - sehr einfache , alte und zum Teil kaputte und zerfetzte Möbel / Sofa , auf dem Balkon waren dafür garkeine . Die Zimmertüren sind so oft überlackiert worden , daß man sie nur unter Gewaltanwendung öffnen oder schließen konnte. Aus dem Duschraum lief das Wasser in den Flur. Im Kleiderschrank befanden sich rostige Kleiderstangen und Reste des Bodenbelags. Zum guten Schluß mussten wir als zahlende Mieter die Bettwäsche und Handtücher über die Promenade zum Vermietservice bringen .Unterm Strich also eine ziemliche Katastrophe und der Name ,,RESIDENCE Puerto Cristo" trifft in keinster Weise zu !Mit lieben Grüßen Elke und Frank Klein P.s. die Wohnung hatte auch etwas Gutes... Die Aussicht aufs Meer.

Tussen kerstmis en nieuwjaar aan zee

We hadden een mooie tijd in Oostende. De woning is basic, maar in orde. De ligging is heel goed. Je kunt tevoet ( ongeveer 40 minuten) of per tram naar het centrum van Oostende. In de winter was het gemakkelijk een parkeerplaats in de buurt te vinden. De overgave van de sleutel was goed georganiseerd. We hadden helaas een klein communicatie probleem met het klaarleggen van bedlinnen. Het was jammer dat de agentschap dan niet telefonisch bereikbaar was. De volgende dag liet zich alles regelen. Alles tezamen was het een mooi verlof. We zouden ook terugkomen.

Dreckige Wohnung

Die Wohnung war total dreckig und müsste am nächsten tag nochmal sauber gemacht werden und hatte uns viele nerven gekostet. die Vermieterin war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen und hatte uns wegen der Schlüssel Übergabe im Vorfeld noch zusätzlichen stress verbreitet. insgesamt das war eine große Enttäuschung, wenn Sie in eine dreckige Wohnung rein kommen, statt sich auf Urlaub freuen.

mooi uitzicht vanuit groot appartement.

groot ruim appartement met mooi uitzicht over de zee en het strand. de inrichting was in orde behalve de afstandsbediening van de buitendeur. We moesten elke dag vier verdiepingen omlaag om iemand binnen te laten. Voor de ouderen was de douche en bad gevaarlijk vanwege de gladde vloer. Geen anti-slip matjes. Voor de rest een fijn verblijf. Jammer van het weer.

Très belle vue sur mer

Un appartement très grand, bien fourni en vaisselle et appareils ménagers, avec deux terrasses, dont une avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Les chambres donnent sur l’arrière et la grande route et malheureusement il y a des travaux de construction. Mieux vaut prévoir ses boules Quies. Le parking est payant partout, mais il y a une possibilité de se garer tout près dans une partie de chantier. Sinon, tout est bien agencé avec deux salles de bain/douche et des lavabos dans deux chambres. Avons dû parlementer avec l’agence pour la location des draps car il y a un grand lit mais pas de grande couette… et la deuxième chambre à deux lits simples côte à côte. Révisez votre vocabulaire de literie en néerlandais pour essayer de vous expliquer, car l’agence ne semble pas connaître ses locations.

rund um zufrieden

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und fanden vor allem die Lage super. Direkt am Strand und auch Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Eisdiele usw sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist in gut Ordnung und alles sehr unkompliziert.

Tres bel appartment! Vue splendide! Le dernier tiret sur le i serait un deuxième WC, surtout commes les salles de bain sont très belles. Mais sinon, tout l'équipement est très bon C'était un très beau séjour, on reviendra! Merci
