Enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui's neighboring island, Molokai, as well as views of the West Maui Mountains from this luxurious 10th-floor one-bedroom suite at the iconic Whaler in the heart of Kaanapali Beach.

Tastefully remodeled, this suite is the perfect special retreat for your next Maui vacation. Your party will have plenty of space to gather and reconnect because Suite 1020 offers over 900 sq ft of interior living area in addition to over 200 sq ft of additional lanai space.

Enjoy all the convenience of a full modern kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and elegant tile.

Suite 1020 offers plenty of sleeping capacity for up to four guests. The primary bedroom offers a sumptuous king-size bed, and there is a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room.

The bathroom has been completely renovated for a lavish bathing experience. Catch your favorite show from one of the two flat panel HDTVs in the suite. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also included with your stay.

Nestled right in the heart of Kaʻanapali Beach, steps from soft sands and pristine waters, The Whaler boasts one of Maui’s best resort locations. This world-famous beach offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and activities right at your doorstep. Luaus, dinner cruises, snorkel trips, parasailing (summer only), whale watching (winter only), surf lessons, and more are only a short walk away.

Lounge by the sparkling beachfront pool and hot tub or take a dip in the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. A beachside towel desk can assist with gear rentals for snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, and more. Additionally, enjoy a game at one of the tennis or pickleball courts or a workout in the fully equipped fitness center.

The Whaler even has a private entry directly from the resort to Whalers Village, a beachfront mall offering unique boutique and high-end stores in addition to an array of dining options ranging from grab-and-go to fine dining with sweeping ocean views.

Beautifully maintained property with awesome views of the the beach and Kaanapali golf course from the spacious lanai. The room was clean and spacious as well. Excellent location on the beach with a boardwalk that stretches a ways with walking access to shops and restaurants. If we come back, we will definitely look to stay at this propert again.

Wonderful condo, nice layout. Great view of the ocean and black rock. Only small thing was the lanai was getting work done and was not accessible during the day with a lot of construction noise for a couple days. To be fair they did list that at the end of the description. Overall this place was great and I would recommend it!

Overall it was wonderful. Great location and views. Condo was clean ,comfortable, spacious and great view. The only thing that could be improved upon is the bed. I am 5'2 and weigh 125 lbs. and I could feel the springs. It was also very hard. A mattress topper would help immensely. Also all the pillows were old ,flat and hard.

This condo had a great view of black rock, and it was so nice to be up on the 10th floor. It was totally updated and had beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was also updated and had new appliances. It didn't have a washer and dryer, but this condo is very close to the community one located by the elevators. It was always open when we needed to use it. There were 2 huge closets with lots of hangers. They had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as 2 soft coolers. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Stop searching…this is the one!

I looked at about a hundred rental properties & am so glad we picked this one! It checked all the boxes for us: stunning views of both ocean & mountain, gorgeous huge lanai (or balcony as we say in the Midwest), updated decor with comfortable bed, beautiful pool, steps away from the sandy beach, super convenient parking, paved walkway along beach that takes you to Whalers Village next door for morning coffee, shopping, lunch, dinner, or drinks! Terrific location on Kaanapali Beach. I was concerned that our view didn’t completely face the ocean, but the ocean view was spectacular! You are so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves while enjoying the sunset to the west, or turn to the east and enjoy sunrise over the lush mountain! Check-in was smooth and we truly appreciated Maui Resort Rentals emailing us early in our stay to make sure all was going well.

This was our first trip to Maui with our 8 year old son. The property was clean, close to restaurants and the beach, and had a convenient laundry on the same floor. We were very comfortable in the unit, with more than enough space for all of us. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the terrace. We were lucky enough to extend our stay an additional night. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. The beach chairs came in handy but the umbrella broke due to heavy winds on the beach…no fault of the owner or management company. We were told that this was a common problem and unfortunately there were no replacement umbrellas. Do not hesitate to book!

Perfect stay!

It was our second time staying at The Whaler. This unit was AMAZING! Beautiful ocean view and newer furnishings. The king mattress was on the firmer side which I liked, and sofa bed had comfortable memory foam. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 boogie boards, in addition to the beach chairs and umbrella. The free washer/dryer on each floor was nice to have. The beautiful beach right in front of the property never felt too crowded even though it’s next to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed grabbing coffee and acai bowls at Island Vintage Coffee in the mornings, then heading over to Black Rock for snorkeling. The management for this unit was very easy to work with, and always responded to my emails promptly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to be back!
