The building is about 115 years old so many of the constructions are still original, for examples, all windows with single layer glass, all window trims, hardwood floors are original, bath room and kitchen have been largely remodeled except shower bathtub. All beds are very comfortable and clean. There is a wall furnace in kitchen can keep the whole unit warm during winter if all bedroom doors are open, each bedroom is also provided with a space heater as supplement. A window air condition is equipped in the kitchen but it may not enough for the whole unit during the hottest days in Seattle.
If you look for everything new and modernized facility, this may not be the place.
