About this property

Mom's L'il Chateau at Magnolia House

Built in 2018, our cottage has private off-street parking and keypad entry. Open floor plan is sunny and spacious. Downstairs King room has a 55" TV, upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi. King bedroom upstairs opens onto balcony. Full kitchen and combination shower/tub downstairs. Carefully selected, one-of-a-kind chandeliers in every room! Perfect for a long-term furnished rental, or a weekend girls' getaway. (Check out our weekly and monthly rates!)

The space
Our cottage is situated at the end of our driveway on a double lot within beautiful Swan Lake historic district. From here, it's an easy WALK to Cherry Street, Swan Lake, Utica Square shopping district, St John's Hospital, Woodward Park and the Tulsa Arboretum and Rose gardens and Linnaeus garden. Brookside, the BOK center, Cain's ballroom, Expo center, and TU are all less than 10 minutes drive away.

Guests have use of the cottage, our gardens and patio sitting areas. There is a grassy area next to the cottage available for pets

-This property is listed as a 3-night minimum. However, if you need 2 nights and there is availability between 2 other bookings, please contact me. I will try to work with you!
- As the parking area is shared by others, our rule of thumb is to park your car in such a manner as to not block in other guests or staff. There's plenty of parking for all!

A very nice cottage, nicely furnished, with a great location for activies in Tulsa. The Gathering Place, Utica Square and River Parks are all within a mile. Located in a very nice neighborhood.

Great house in a great neighborhood with great hosts!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and this house was great! The hosts greeted us when we arrived and assured us that we could come to them with any questions. The property was clean and spacious with 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, and a big open living room/kitchen area. There were good restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Downtown was about a 10 minute Lyft away. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

April vacation at Mom's

Everything was as described in the listing. It is a self contained cottage behind the owner's house. Everything was clean and seemed quite new. Since there were only two of us, it was larger than we needed, but we like to spread out so it worked well. We liked many of the decorative touches on the walls.

Wonderful place and location

We had a wonderful stay at the L'il Chateau stand alone house in Tulsa. The furniture and decorations were great and we felt at home at once. The seasonal fresh flowers were a nice and unexpected touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The online photographs are accurate. The off street parking was also a plus. We really loved the location. Easy walking to Cherry Street and Swan lake. We also walked to the Gathering Place, Philbrook Art Museum, and Utica Square from the house. Strolling through Tulsa's older neighborhoods is a great way to view the city and this location was perfect for that. Communication with the owner was easy and useful. Would definitely stay there again!

Easy Breezy

Property was perfect for our family of three or more. Plenty of room for socializing in the kitchen/living area, relaxing in king size beds, and very welcoming. First time having a host welcome us with a personalized greeting at the front door, fresh cut flowers throughout and sweet chocolates! Super host indeed! First day we got in, we were greeted and told what was nearby. We followed up on some of the suggestions and glad we did. The Italian restaurant impressed us, the Gathering Place park was massive, and most of all...everyone was friendly. This property is near restaurants, parks, and a hospital. We recommend visiting if you havent already!

An Exceptional Property

The cottage is charming and spacious. It is located in a fine historic neighborhood, near Woodward Park, Swan Lake, and Philbrook Museum, as well as Utica Square and nearby restaurants. The hosts were kind and attentive, including helping us solve a problem with our car! We'll definitely stay here next time we are in Tulsa.

Mom's L'll Chateau

Beautifully decorated and furnished cottage. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Location made it easy access for dining, shopping or just about any activity in the Tulsa area. Would definitely stay here again whenever I return to Tulsa.
