Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig!

Das Haus ist toll und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist zentral gelegen und bot uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) ausreichend Platz. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas herausfordernd (Sommerferien und Baustelle an der neben der Unterkunft befindlichen Kirche), aber mit etwas Geschick oder einem kleinen Fußweg immer lösbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Supermarkt in der Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Einkäufe müssen halt nur noch den Berg hoch... :-) Die Lage ist gut, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg (bergab), in Trouville selber ist eigentlich immer was los und es ist sehr schön, wenn man etwas Trubel mag. Im und um das Haus selber ist es ruhig und erholsam. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation waren vollkommen in Ordnung und sehr nett. Was uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war der Reinigungszustand bei Übergabe des Hauses. Wir sind da absolut nicht empfindlich aber wenn wir bei Ankunft erst einmal die Küche sauber machen müssen, weil sich noch Essensreste, Fett und gebrauchte Kaffeepads sowie nur unzureichend gereinigtes Geschirr und Töpfe finden, finde ich das in der Preisklasse nicht wirklich witzig. Da erwarte ich einen anderen Zustand, das haben wir so tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Das ist letztlich auch der einzige Aspekt, der diese Bewertung leider schlechter ausfallen lässt, als es das Haus verdient hätte.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Es war alles genügend vorrätig in der Unterkunft ,was wir von vorherigen Wohnungen so nicht gewohnt waren.Wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich vor.Handtücher vorhanden,Betten bezogen. Die Lage war gut.Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.Man muss nur den Berg hoch wenn man aus der Stadt zurückgeht. Parken vorm Haus in der Woche problemlos möglich.Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
