Seaspray Condos - 102C
One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 52" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. There is a deck outside the living room that does not overlook the courtyard. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
