Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. NO PETS ALLOWED AS PER OWNER. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Seaspray is a little hidden gem located right on the beach of Okaloosa Island. We do provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella for you to enjoy Mar 1st to Oct 31st. We do have one of the largest pools on the Island. Families enjoy our grassy courtyard to enjoy activities, play shuffleboard, horseshoes or volleyball at the beach and children's play area with swings, slide and climbing. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Good Overall

We had a nice time here. Check in went smooth and management was very helpful. The townhome was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The downstairs ( kitchen and family room ) is nicely updated with good air conditioner. However, the upstairs did not have good ventilation, the bathroom had no air conditioning at all and was very hot. The bathroom also needed to be updated, the shower head sits very low and is rusty. There is no electric in bathroom, so had to use all electric ( shaver, blow dryer,) in bedroom. The electrical outlets in the bedroom did not always work. The tv in bedroom does not work, to be fair though, we did not need it and did not contact manager about this. The beds really need replaced. The property is beautiful and the beach was great, having the chairs and umbrella was a treat! The property sits on Highway 98 though, It is a very busy road and near impossible to get into and out of the property. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Seaspray is a little hidden gym on Okaloosa Island where you can enjoy our beautiful beach with soft sand. We provide 2 free beach hairs and 1 umbrella at the beach with each reservation. We have one of the largest pools on Island, fun play area for children, play a game of shuffleboard or horseshoes and a gym for adults to get a workout and relax in the hot saunas. Come enjoy your vacation with us.

Loved Seaspray! We’ll be back!!

My family loved Seaspray! The beds were comfortable. We loved being able to make our own meals. And we really enjoyed the chair and umbrella service! Such a treat! Family-friendly place. And the manager, Brenda, was so helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Thank you! Seaspray is a great vacation destination. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We have cornhole, horseshoes, shuffleboard & volleyball on the beach. Our gym has hot saunas, and we have coin laundry. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions.
