Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter in Ungarn war sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und schnell. Kroatien die Verarbeitungszeit war extrem kurz und glatt. Das Hotel hat enthalten, was versprochen wurde bei der Bestellung. Es war eine angenehme Überraschung für uns. Alles war perfekt, die Grundsteuer waren höflich, freundlich und gastfreundlich. Wir danken Ihnen, unseren Urlaub war angenehm.
