Je suis désolée que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur j de vos attentes
Vous m’avez contacté
Le premier jour pour m’informer qu’ils n’y avait plus de chaises , excepté celle du jardin d’extérieur .Je suis consciente que ceci vous a beaucoup contrarié . Je vous ai dis que vous avez été les premiers locataires de la saison d’été et les chaises avaient été déposées par l ancien service de conciergerie sur le balcon empilées et je n’ai pas eu connaissance qu’ils avaient été piquées dans la période basse de mai juin .
Je suis partie de suite en acheter pour vous les faire livrer à la station cependant vous n’avez pas répondu à mes 2 appels car entre temps vous avez empruntées celle du jardin commun à la résidence .
Les impondérables malheureusement sont inévitables c est la raison pour laquelle je suis toujours disponible pour les envisager et intervenir de suite mais pour cela il est préférable de rester joignable également pour parvenir à une solution et éviter de se braquer . Nous vous avons même proposer un geste commercial .
Nous ne sommes pas parfait mais essayons de faire de notre mieux pour vous satisfaire .
Je vous souhaite une très belle continuation
