What we loved: Nice unit, excellent location, beaitifil view, building was quiet, beds were very comfortable, parking was ample, furnishings were nice, kitchen had most everything we needed. 24/7 support was really nice as well, though we didn't use it, we had some peace of mind. What we didn't like: check out time was 9:00 AM instead of the customerary 1100 AM. They then tried to sell us a late checkout for the same time, which should have been included in our daily rate. The unit was missing a lot of screens, including one for the slider. Luckily we didn't need to worry about that this time of the year, but weird nonetheless.

This is a great stretch of beach. Not too densely populated and the condo is right on the beach with everything you need to stay home and make the most of the location.

Right on the beach

Easy access to the beach, not crowded. Condo listing and pictures are accurate. Pool at the condo facility is nice. The only negative I can think of is it would be nice if there was some outdoor storage lockers or something under the stairs so you can store beach chairs etc.

We were so impressed by the location and the beautiful beach access, the condo was so nice and clean. Check in and check out worked like a charm and communications were great. I would suggest some games and cards also maybe beach chairs and umbrella would be great for guest.

Love the gulf side view. Bedrooms were nice. Property was clean. Things that could be improved on:Kitchen cabinet knobs were very hard to grip. Would have been nice to have beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc) provided Basic condiments such as salt and pepper would be niceThe door keypad sometimes would not lock from the outside when we left property

We LOVED to wake up right on the beach every morning and having such easy access to the beach. It was very clean, the communication was phenomenal, and everything about the process was seamless! We will be back!!

Great location and beautiful little condo!

We had a great time at Villas on the Gulf N1! The property manager was very helpful getting the lock batteries changed for us, took less than 15 minutes from the time we called. Only thing I would recommend to the owners is more pots and pans, dish towels, and toilet paper.

Pros: Condo was good. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean with a great view. Super easy walk to the beach. Cons: Needs more hand towels. Only one available for each bathroom and one for the kitchen is not enough. No Keurig, only regular coffee maker. Overall, it was a good stay and I would book again. I just feel booking with a host that owns their own property is the way to go. They are more accommodating to early check-ins. The units are more of a home away from home and have more of the things you need a lot of the time.

This place was a perfect location with everything we needed. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. It is a little run down, but satisfactory for a week long stay at the beach. I would stay again. My husband doesn’t think he would because little details bother him more. But overall, I would recommend!

Fabulous

Paradise! We loved it! We watched the sunrise every morning and also the dolphins. The white sand beach was amazing! The water crystal clear and the fish were so playful at our feet. (Small ones). I miss it already! We'll be back.

Everything was great, clean, easy access to the beach, only thing was the shower to master wouldnt get near as hot as guest shower. But it wasnt a big deal
