This beautiful four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is located in the heart of Pleasure Point; a short walk to opal cliffs and surrounding beaches. The home is meticulously landscaped and comes completely furnished with all of the comforts of home. The rear yard has a hot tub that is kept at 102 degrees, large comfy chairs, two gas fire pits and ample space for lounging. Also, there are bikes and surfboards for your use to play at the beach!

Wonderful property, check in was very user friendly and explained by the host prior to arrival. Kitchen was extremely user friendly and can accommodate multiple people prepping a meal and others sitting and chatting. Bedrooms are large with a great backyard for relaxing during the evenings. I have already recommended this place to family and friends.

Great location, very close to the beach. Ample room in the house and comfortable bedding and furniture. Good rating is based on cleanliness and quality of kitchen supplies. Broken glass on the floor when we arrived, used Band-Aid in the hot tub. And kitchen pans were left dirty in drawers.

Amazing Host!

Overall great stay. It was even better than the pictures! There was plenty of parking, an easy check-in, accommodating inside and an impressive setting outside. Will be staying here again in the future.

Cozy and Warm House

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was perfect for our family, with the backyard cabana a bonus for guests to stay a night or two. We especially loved the big cozy couch in the living room to cuddle up and watch TV. Location is perfect, and the afternoon sun in the backyard is the best!

Would definitely stay again. Fun property, excellent backyard, hot tub and beds. Many bicycles and surfboards and tons of space for our group.

Family get away

My wife and I took the kids to Santa Cruz for a nice family weekend and we’re looking to top of the night with an amazing overnight. Found this property on VRBO and everything was as advertised. We had an amazing stay with all the amenities. Courtney was great with communication and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend and will be back next year!

A great property with lots of space!

My group had a great time! We had plenty of space to sleep 8 of us, and the backyard fireplace was gorgeous. The host was very responsive to any questions, and the self check-in and check-out was very convenient.

great location but house is run-down

The location of the house is wonderful. The property manager was easy to contact, but the house overall was incredibly overpriced for the condition it's in. It wasn't cleaned very well, the floors felt and looked dirty. There was an active leak in the ceiling, large stains on the rugs and floors, and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped for cooking. Also, the outdoor grill was unusable. The rest of the outdoor space was nice and the beds were fine. We were deeply disappointed with the condition of the house, the furniture felt run-down (feathers constantly leaking from the couch and the rug was dirty). Overall, the cleanliness and wear on the house were not what you would expect for a rental, especially considering the price point!

Nice house - glitches - not worth money

We arrived and the house was not cleaned. We had to wait almost two hours to get into the house while a cleaning crew came. Manager was very apologetic, but still with the 4:00 check in it meant we couldn't move in and cook dinner and have an evening with children. House (especially the outdoor space) is beautiful, but living chair was broken and unuseable, there weren't enough chairs at the dining table, several lamps didn't work. I wish we had been told there was construction right across the narrow street - we were woken up at 7:00 am. by crew and equipment. These glitches were especially annoying because the price is very high for this house. However, location near the beach, and outdoor space were really nice. Manager was very sweet and apologetic.

Not worth the money- disgusting.

The place was gross! There were stains on the carpets, the pillows stunk and the outdoor room floor had not even been mopped. We went to use one of the blankets and found a fake fingernail stuck to the blanket. We had to wait until 5:45 to check in because the cleaning service was still cleaning. The knobs and cabinets were grimy, floors gross, carpets filthy and bedding stunk. I recommend YOU NEVER pay the money to stay here. I had to contact the property management a lot because light bulbs were missing, no dish soap, no towels, and lighter to start the fire pit did not work. I had to go to the store to get cleaning products and tried to clean myself. With COVID, I was mortified. I even told the property manager when I showed up at 4:00 for check in and walked in to put my food away, that I expected it to be spotless. She said she went to the property and said she would make sure. When I was finally able to come back (1 hour and 45 minutes passed check in), it was still disgusting. So disappointing for the amount of money we paid!!

Fantastic Pleasure Point Retreat

Really great property for kids and adults - back yard made for relaxing and enjoying the amazing weather in June. Firepits will singe your eyes off. Hot tub had to be fixed but otherwise everything was great - particularly communication with the manager Courtney, who is super warm and wonderful. Just gotta keep it down after 10 pm in the back yard for the neighbors! We left some wine for them. Easy driving distance to so many dog friendly beaches. Walking distance to awesome coffee places/casual food. We hope to be back soon!!!
