Come enjoy your own private getaway in this top floor condo with a great view and easy access to all that Summit County has to offer. Two bedroom, 1 3/4 bath plus loft gives you plenty of room to stretch out & enjoy. Dedicated (not shared) internet for remote work and school! Two free parking permits included. Please note that you must climb 2 flights of stairs to access the unit as there is NOT an elevator in the building. Summit County STR Permit # BCA-81042, max occupancy 8.

Nice loft condo in Silverthorne

Buildings are older but in good condition, well appointed kitchen and pantry. Laundry in this building basement was very convenient. The condo had a very nice layout, we really enjoyed our stay and the cozy confines when not on the hill!

Very nice

Great location, very clean. In the summer can get very hot during the day as there is no air conditioning. Note to owner, it would be nice if every room had a standing fan or box fan.

Very Nice Location - Great Host

We really liked staying in Silverthorne/Dillon area. Very convenient to Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, and tons of great hiking and white water rafting. Unit was clean (important to us) and had all the comforts of home. Best part of this rental was the 5 star host. Huck is great with his communications, and the personal touch.

We are a family of 5 Colorado natives (well, 99% of us are) that love everything Colorado but especially the mountains! We love to travel...so much so that we pulled the kids out of school for a semester to live in an RV as we traveled around the USA for the first half of 2016. It was a blast! We settled in back at our home on the Front Range but spend time at the Wach Right Inn whenever we get the chance. When we are not there, we love sharing the space with other travelers....like YOU!!

Why they chose this property

Some long time family friends of ours had a place in the Treehouse complex and they graciously let us use it whenever we wanted. We have made many wonderful memories at Treehouse as our family has grown up and so when this place came on the market we were blessed to be able to make the purchase.

What makes this property unique

We are biased of course, but think that our view of Buffalo Mountain is the best in the complex. And, the 3rd floor units with a loft are relatively rare.
