Immaculately updated 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath cottage that sleeps 6 ONE BLOCK from the emerald waters and white sands of Panama City Beach. Home is in the desirable Laguna Beach area. No high rise condos blocking your view! Pet Friendly! $250 pet non-refundable fee. Up to 2 dogs.

Bonus/game room has a foosball table and 2 twin beds.

Main bedroom has a Queen.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as advertised and setup nicely with a outdoor shower and fenced in backyard to make the beach days that much easier.

PCB the way it should be

Nice original PCB beach house. One block from dedicated beach. Reminds me of when I was little. Great price comfortable good AC nice kitchen. Will rent again.

It’s what you want.

The location is great because you’ve got the beach, the carousel and Thomas all within walking distance. Additionally, the scene at the beach is far from that of main beach in PCB. Mostly families with a calm, clean environment.

Fun times

Perfect location. Close to everything. Beached we’re not crowded. Easy walk or drive to the beach. House was fine, plenty of room. Could use more storage for clothes. Other than that it was fine. Will go back for sure.

There were some good things and bad things about the property. There were definite issues.

There is a lot you need to know about this house. Outside Located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, very close. Lawn needed to be mowed (foot high grass) Picture looks nicer than reality Thorny vine growing up by the door and by the end of the week it was blocking the upper part of the doorway Living room/dining room Spacious nicely decorated Furniture not very comfortable/futon couch Kitchen Somewhat equipped Coffee Filters not provided....no wonder, there WAS NO COFFEE MAKER. There was a Keurig. Sure wish we knew that, we would have brought K-cups from home and not a bag of coffee and filters per information given. A light over the sink would have been nice at night Bedroom Needed more drawer space for clothes Box packaging was in closet limiting storing of suitcases Game room Twin beds were more like one twin bed and one air mattress. The air mattress began losing air mid way through the week. This was really unfortunate that the owners couldn't replace the bed. Bathroom Not much counter space Shower only that is a step up Laundry Nice washer and dryer Everything worked Plenty of hot water AC was GREAT!
