Flip Flop Paradise is a BEAUTIFULLY decorated CUSTOM home in the Gated Community of Village Walk.

The first floor features a family room with a 65 inch Flat Screen TV with Sound Bar, Spectrum internet & cable, a sofa (sleeper) and comfy side chair. A perfect room for the kids with Two Twin bunk beds and a 2nd guest room with a Queen bed - both tropically decorated complete the sleeping arrangements downstairs. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs equipped with Fire TV sticks, making them smart TVs and Blu Ray/DVD players! There are also 2 full baths and half bath.

The 2nd floor features an expansive Family Room with high ceilings and a 70 inch smart TV with Time Warner cable and a sofa and love seat. You have access to the Front Deck of the house with a brand new love seat to sit and relax and enjoy the Ocean Breeze.

You will also find a Chef's Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Walk-In Pantry. The Kitchen has bar seating for 4 and the dining room has a new dining table that seats 8-10.

Also, upstairs is the coastal inspired MASTER bedroom with KING SIZE BED, Flat Screen TV and direct access to the back deck of the house. There are brand new rocking chairs on the back deck for your enjoyment as well. The designer Master Bathroom features dual sinks and a walk in custom shower with Double Shower Head. A half bath and separate LAUNDRY ROOM with FULL SIZE WASHER/DRYER upstairs

The house sits on a large FULLY FENCED LOT. The OUTDOOR SHOWER on the patio is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach, or play in the community pool just a short stroll down the cobblestone pathway. No pets allowed at this property. NO GARAGE ACCESS!!!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Flip Flop Paradise VW31 provides 3 paved parking spaces in the driveway. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your spaces.

2) 4 Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 31. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

Very large nice place

Family get away

The property was perfect for our extended family. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Will be back again!

Great Place

Beautiful little beach house. Updated and decorated well. Very clean. It was very functional for our family of 8. Nice quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was nice since we went in November.

The only thing I didn't like was the master bedroom, kitchen and main living area are on the 2nd floor. Other than that we loved it.

Great house layout, close drive to beach

Overall, our stay was good. The house has a great layout for families. Plenty of space and very nice to have a full size washer/dryer to get rid of salt/sand! It's a close drive to the beach... would be a tough walk with all of your beach stuff. Few things specific to our stay: when we showed up, the kitchen window was stuck open about 5", both master bath sinks were broken (one clogged, one had a broken stopper preventing water from draining) and the dishwasher wasn't working. To their credit, the rental agency sent maintenance promptly the next morning and they made all the repairs quickly, which we appreciated very much - they were kind and capable. Just wasn't a great first impression. Also, the cleaning people missed a few things like clothing tags from prior guests all over the closet, crumbs on the couch/kitchen table... but after seeing what spring break looks like on Port A (not a family friendly time on the beach!), I'm sure they have their work cut out for them. Things to note for your stay: bring everything. The rental agency did provide a list of things to bring which I was thankful for, but also bring counter spray, dishwashing soap, tissues, etc. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The driveway parking fits two cars, not four (unless you're driving four tiny smart cars). If you need to bring more than two cars, you'll need to inquire about where to park since it says street parking isn't permitted.

We needed some light bulbs and it was taken care of within a short time. There were a couple of things that should be looked into however. The furniture ( couch and chair)in the basement needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable and worn out. When we sat on it we bottomed out, the chair is all ripped out. One other thing was the floor covering on the steps was very worn and had dirty spots on it. Other than that our house was very nice! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in Port A!
