Contemporary Beach Cottage - Walk to Bay, Minutes from Ocean

This recently updated, contemporary cottage is located just steps from the Peconic Bay, and minutes from beautiful Ponquogue Ocean Beach on the Atlantic. BRAND NEW AC and wireless internet available. Filling out your stay is a full kitchen and completely redone outdoor space with a firepit, dining area, and ample seating. Kayaks, beach toys, and beach chairs are also provided. Additionally, there is a private outdoor shower available to complement the full indoor bath. We are not currently stocking pantry items such as salt, pepper, and condiments however the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your own meals. No Pets. Please limit cars to two per reservation.

Wonderful cottage at perfect location!!

Cottage was newly renovated and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The cottage is steps from the bay... There are kayaks and beach chairs available. The host was very responsive although, since we had everything we could possibly need provided, we did not have contact with him beyond the easy check in process. Highly recommend this property.

Great weekend! Super cute cottage. Just a few things to note that were not apparent in the listing . . . 1. The beach is very rocky. Little to no sand. Still gorgeous just be prepared 2. The house is in very close proximity to other cottages. Not a ton of privacy. 3. Towels are provided but are limited to one per person. - Tip for the owner . . . think about upping that to 2 per person and adding in hand towels/bath mat in the bathroom.

Steps from the Beach

What an amazing stay! The cute little cottage steps from the beach. Recently renovated with very welcoming beach/vacation decor. Perfect size for four. Everything we needed was there even double and single kayaks to take out on the bay! The patio area was very nice with cushion lounge chairs and fire pit. Perfect summer getaway spot🙂.

Great location and property!

We loved our stay, the accomodations were spacious and the outdoor grill and firepit were very fun to use! The location was also great, right next to the beach on bay side and close to Southampton!
