Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in laundry room.
Place all key fobs at the front entrance door.
Place the trash from inside the unit in the large trash bin located in the Garage. Curbside trash pickup occurs every Thursdays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside smoking only, charging $250+ for violations
Travel crib must be cleaned and returned to closet in Master bedroom closet before departure.
Queen size Air Mattress must be returned to closet in Master bedroom closet before departure.

The property was advertised as a 4 and three. I brought a group of 8. When we got to property there was only 3 bedrooms and 2 and one half baths. It was too late to get better accommodations in area we wanted. The host was great was great but I only got back a little of my money. Again I think the host was great and listing was changed, but vrbo was not as helpful. First of all I was forced to pay 59 dollar insurance fee that I did not need. I think it should be my choice whether I choose to take insurance on my stay but could not complete booking until I paid for insurance. This was refunded when I cancelled the booking but still had to pay for for it again when I rebooted at lowered rate offered by host. The property was great and the host was amazing, but don't trust living verify before you pay. With a smaller party I would be glad to book this property.

The townhouse was absolutely amazing.

The picture’s don’t do any justice, this place is amazing. It was clean and had lots of room for all 10 of us comfortably. The pool is right behind the townhouse. The host was very helpful, we will definitely be staying here again.

Love It!

I Love this property and the location!! I’m very grateful for places like this because I’m a huge family oriented person and hotels just don’t have everybody together like these properties that you can rent out. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. However I found an issue when I first got there that the downstairs bathroom garbage was full from previous guest I’m assuming and dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Everything else was great! The host was extremely nice and thoughtful! I will definitely stay again!
