- A charming small kitchen with basic cooking equipment is available as well as appliances for better passenger comfort.
(Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker etc.....)

- A beautiful semi-covered outdoor terrace with tables, chairs and drying rack.

- * ATTENTION * Linen is not provided (sheets, covers, towels...)
For the respect of others please bring your linen to protect mattress, duvet and pillows thank you.
The campsite rents the linen if you can't bring it but you just have to let you know 1 week before (contact me to book and give you their price...)

- You will find Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl in Montaigu which is about 15 minutes from the accommodation.

- An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the start in your presence to see the general condition of the mobile home (cleaning, deterioration, etc.)

- The accommodations are non-smoking

- possibility of renting by the month with decreasing prices out of season of course

- From July to the end of August for short stays up to 3 nights 10 euros extra per night will be asked of you, this is what the campsite charges me for each stay, from 4 nights they will be smoothed out in the price and will not be claimed.
