Timeless Near Downtown Cluj-Napoca
I am a Cluj-Napoca 4th generation native that wants to share Cluj-Napoca’s way of life with you! We just finished working on this 100 years old house for years using every reclaimed piece of oak , heart pine, tin, and old tiles that I could re-use or find. It is very impressive to see. I think you will enjoy. Here you can live by relaxing both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of parking space and one car garage also available. This property is located in the heart of downtown in a vibrant neighborhood near Cluj’s best restaurants and shopping. This property has a lot to offer and is less than 1 mile away from Old Town ( Theater, Museums , Opera House), surrounded by 4 parks and just 0.5 miles away from famous Cluj Arena . Tennis Courts , Olympic Pool, Soccer Field , and Water Way all are in the 5 minutes walk . I am available for questions as needed. Glad to assist in any way I can.
