"Maison Viognier" was completely redesigned in 2021.<br>You will benefit from a 55m2 apartment with a neat decoration with a balcony.<br>For your comfort you will have 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a high-speed fibre Internet connection.<br><br>In a quiet area, in the heart of the village, with shops nearby, you will enjoy walks at the foot of the vineyards. The train station is a 15-minute walk away.<br>The accommodation<br><br>Ideally located in the heart of the village of Condrieu with its hills planted with vines, the Viognier house benefits from a gentle way of life. The accommodation will allow your family or professionals to meet in a warm and modern place. The accommodation has been designed to welcome you and is available all year round.<br>The kitchen and the living room benefit from a beautiful opening onto the balcony on which you can eat on sunny days.<br><br>A very high-speed fibre internet connection is available.<br><br>We provide you with 2 warm and cosy rooms equipped with comfortable and high quality bedding. Great care is taken with the bed linen, towels and bath towels that are provided.<br><br>You will have a bathroom with a bathtub and a sanitary facilities in which shower gel and soap are provided to start your stay.<br><br>The calm and tranquility of the place, the neat and modern decoration will seduce you to spend a weekend with friends or for your business trips in the area.<br><br>Thanks to its open and fully equipped kitchen (a fridge-freezer, 1 combi oven, 1 hob, 1 Nespresso coffee maker, 1 classic coffee maker and a toaster) you will benefit from all the necessary equipment for your aperitifs and meals. The balcony with its outdoor furniture will provide you with an appreciable space to relax.<br><br>You can enjoy the rich local gastronomy and the many hikes in the surrounding hills, as well as walks along the banks of the Rhône.<br><br>We are available to ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions.<br><br>For your arrival we welcome you between 4pm and 8pm. We are flexible depending on the use of the house. Departure is set at 10am on weekdays, however we offer you 2pm for Sundays.<br><br>Important: the accommodation is non-smoking and in order to preserve the calm of the area no evenings or overflows are allowed.
