Luxury Beachfront Home with Tiki Hut, Sundeck, Kayaks/Paddleboards/Rental Skiff

Barefoot Sands is an elevated beachfront 3 bedroom home overlooking the clear turquoise water of the Bahamas.  Down the steps from the sundeck and covered porch, you will find the beach and your own tiki hut.  The home is the perfect getaway for friends and families looking for an unforgettable beach vacation.  The home is situated on a perfect beach for all activities including fishing, kayaking and snorkeling right in front of the house.  

The house is equipped with everything you need:  flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, cable, wifi, undercounter ice maker, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, kayaks and paddleboards.  One bedroom has a king bed while the other two have queens.  Each bedroom has water views and its own access to the large covered porch and sundeck.  There are also a couple airbeds at the house.  Plenty of bath towels are supplied along with an ample supply of beach towels.

This home is the perfect vacation spot for anyone wanting white sand beaches and  crystal clear turquoise water with a more secluded atmosphere.  You won't find an active night life...but you will find amazing sunsets, seashells, sea life, a great beach for long walks and some of the best fishing in the world.

We now have a skiff available for rent as well!  Our Carolina Skiff JV15 is equipped with a 25hp outboard motor and will allow you to explore the waters around the house.  You can visit some small islands, snorkel and fish at some of the reefs.  The rental cost is not included with the house and will be added separately.  

Flyfishing for bonefish is on the bucket list of many fishermen and they are found in the flats around the house.

We will supply all the information you need to have an amazing time in Abaco.
Andrew, our offsite manager lives in Cherokee and can assist in setting up several activities (at an additional cost) including:  meal catering, pre-arrival grocery shopping, offshore and bone fishing trips, island hopping and snorkeling trips.  

Notes:
Please understand the house is elevated and will require the ability to climb stairs.  Renting a car is a necessity and it will give you the opportunity to explore the island.
