The Gîte de la Marine is located in Chatillon-sur-Marne, 15 km from Épernay and its famous Avenue de Champagne, 10 km from Dormans, 35 km from Reims, and 3 km from the statue of Pope Urban II. The guesthouse is bordered by the Marne River and its bike path (running from Dormans to Châlons-en-Champagne). It’s the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends to explore our beautiful department. The cottage features a large garden with views of the Montagne de Reims on one side and the Marne River on the other, complete with a private terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, which opens onto a veranda (with a view of the Marne River), a large living/dining room (with a balcony), a separate bathroom, and 4 bedrooms: - 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 double bed - One bedroom with two 90 single beds All 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms: - One bedroom with a 160 double bed - One bedroom with a 140 double bed - One bedroom with a 160 double bed and a private shower room As well as a bathroom (with a bathtub and shower), a separate toilet, and a large game room of approximately 40 m². End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (€175). Accessibility: 3 steps, followed by 7 more steps after the front door, to reach the cottage.
