Renovated in the summer of 2023<br>There are 7 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen for cooking for a group, a living room and a large reception room for group dining or serving as a meeting and seminar space.<br>The main house hosts the reception room, the kitchen, the living room, a bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom and two toilets on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a large mezzanine, a bathroom and a toilet. In the adorable little house there are two bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs a large bedroom.<br>The house has a new electric heating system and of course fireplace with insert<br>and wood stove!<br>We provide sheets, tea towels but not towels.<br>Firewood is included free of charge.<br>Traveller access<br>You will have access to the entire house. The cottage is non-smoking inside, you will find a container for cigarette butts in front of the house, please empty it in the bin when you leave.<br>Thank you for making the cottage tidy, without waste, empty fridge.<br>Please undo the bed linen.<br>Conventional bins should be put in the container at the gate.<br>Recycling is to be deposited at the collection point next to the canal, in the direction of the lake (30 seconds from the cottage). The security deposit is set at 2500&#8364;, to be paid by bank transfer or in cash, a receipt will be given to you. This deposit is to be paid before your arrival in the premises.<br>In your rental price cleaning fees are applied, they correspond to a complete maintenance of the house, laundry and pool maintenance. These fees do not of course constitute a right to make the house, its equipment and the exteriors damaged, dirty (beyond normal use of course) or disturbed. <br>The pool is heated when the outside temperature allows it (on the first sunny days and in autumn it takes a few days for the temperature to rise). For heating it is necessary to have night temperatures above 15 degrees and daytime around 22 because we use a heat pump. As a result, it can in no way be guaranteed the possibility of heating the water, the weather factor being inherently random. <br>It is strictly forbidden to let children swim without the presence of adults in the water.<br>It is also forbidden to pour anything into the water.<br>We would like to draw your attention to the fact that an in-ground pool is a fragile piece of equipment (liner, filtration, curtain, etc.) whose maintenance and repairs are particularly expensive. <br>The swimming pool of the cottage is new (summer 2023) and in perfect condition.<br>In the event of abnormal use of the equipment, you will be charged a fee. <br>For safety and comfort reasons, the pool curtain and fasteners must be closed as soon as it is no longer in use.<br>For your comfort, on rentals of more than 3 days I will eventually allow myself to come and clean the pool, you will of course be notified of the moment in advance.<br>I am at your disposal during your stay for any questions. A security deposit of 1500&#8364; is to be expected, in cash or by bank transfer.
