This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a recently renovated historic farmhouse is an excellent home base for your next visit to Charlottesville. Located in the heart of Belmont, the Pharmacy Suite is just 1 of 4 suites in the building and is located on the 2nd level (stairs required). The property is located directly behind some of the Charlottesville's best restaurants (Tavola, Mas, Local, Conmole, Belle, Southern Crescent) and is an easy 10 minute to the Downtown Mall.

This historic Belmont house was converted into apartments around the 1930's. In 2018, the house was completely renovated into unique, 1-bedroom suites with modern amenities. The design theme for this suite was inspired by the original pharmacy that was formally a staple in downtown Belmont. An intricate mural, modeled after an apothecary cabinet, seemed fitting as the kitchen backdrop.

Great getaway!

We loved this pharmacy themed apartment. The location was great - easy walk to restaurants and close to Monticello history site and the wineries. Very clean - nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the front porch and balcony too! Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with a view

This pharmacy-themed apartment has everything you could possibly need for a stay in Cville. One minute walk to a great coffee shop/bakery, ten minutes walk to the Downtown mall. The apartment itself was nicely designed and well managed. Big enough for two people to WFH comfortably. Great communication and assistance from the team with anything we needed.

Amazing house in an amazing neighborhood

This was such a perfect spot for us. We walked to dinner and drinks just around the corner and were a quick drive from dozens of other great spots. Loved it.

Lovely stay in Belmont

It was the perfect location, able to walk to the mall, local restaurants and a nice neighborhood! Very comfortable king bed. Lovely bathroom, wished the shower pressure was stronger.

Getaway- the weather did not cooperate

The apartment is clean, trendy and the balcony is a great addition - enjoyed my morning coffee out there. However, I was not able to spend the night (slept in my college daughter's bed instead) because the electricity was out on that street due to a storm. The entire street was dark, there were 3 other apartments in the large - empty at the time house- and I had no way to charge my phone in case of an emergency. I called, and there was no way to transfer to another property- no refund- I was nice about it and understand. However, it would have been a nice gesture for the cleaning fee to be waived- I only used the apt for 4 hours the next morning.

UVA Stay

I stayed one night in this unit while I was in town to lecture at UVA Law. The unit is quite nice and cozy with trendy design details. I had trouble with the entry code, so I called the manager. He answered and helped me get into the unit right away. He was polite and friendly and assured me that he'd be available should I need anything else. Quiet neighborhood. I was traveling on my own and felt safe.
