The villas Hawaiian themed designer furnishings are accented with original artwork from the owners private collection. This is a large one bedroom compared to other one bedrooms at the Bay Villas. Numerous oceanfront windows provide for panoramic ocean views from the living room, dining room and upstairs bedroom. The warm ocean breezes and gentle trade winds make for an always comfortable visit.
One can watch the whales and kite surfers as you enjoy your morning coffee while seated in the dining room, living room, upstairs bedroom or lanai.

OUR VILLA SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF TWO GUESTS.........THERE IS NO SLEEPER SOFA IN THIS VILLA.



The kitchen is a gourmet chefs dream with all stainless steel appliances, nespresso machine, Cuisinart coffee maker and toaster, All -Clad cookware, and citrus juicer to assist you in creating that special meal.
Both bathrooms contain granite counters and backsplash as well as Moulton Brown and L’Occitane soap, shampoo and conditioner in the upstairs bath. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, top of the line bedding as well as a down comforter will ensure a wonderful nights sleep ......even after a hard day of snorkeling, playing pickle ball/ golf or hiking.
Less than a minute walk to Oneloa Beach and a 5 minute walk to Kapalua Beach.

My wife and I stayed in this Maui Condo for 16 days and it is actually better than the pictures and the description in every regard. We have stayed in 5 Star Hotels on Maui and the Big Island for the past 20 years and this Condo far exceeds all of those experiences. The Ocean views from the Bedroom and Main Room were beyond description and we saw dozens of whales every day! The property was totally well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our Host was helpful and perfect in every way. We cannot say enough good things about our stay in this gorgeous location and Condo!!!

Beautiful Home with an Amazing View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kapalua and Carol couldn’t have been nicer to work with. The location on the water and the unit itself are perfect. If you want a relaxing getaway with lots of restaurants and walking close by we highly recommend this accommodation at Kapalua Bay Villas!

Perfectly Situated in Kapalua

Our recent stay was amazing. The home is lovely and comfortable. We saw dozens of whales each day from the lanai area as well as from the magnificent window views in the bedroom and dining area. The home is perfectly located in Kapalua to feel the aloha spirit. The owner is responsive, helpful and very nice. All around great time.

Stayed for my honeymoon, more beautiful than the pics!

This place has everything you need, super clean, new everything. Full kitchen 2 bathrooms, and the view is absolutely beautiful. It’s also nice you can put chairs on the grass outside and enjoy the sun and watch without the sand. There is also a sandy private beach that’s about a 3 min walk or so. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful condo in the best spot

Great 1BR unit right on the water in Kapalua. Well appointed, and the absolute best location you can imagine. We have not stayed quite this close to the action before, but you have a continuous view of the whales, the surf hitting the rocks, and just Hawaii life in general just feet from your patio. We'll be back!

The condo was beautiful, well equipped and ideally situated. So why only four stars? We couldn't get the TV to work - we're not big TV watchers but it's nice to watch if there's down time. Also the ice maker on the frig didn't work - which isn't great when you're in a warm climte and want a cold drink.

The Perfect Getaway

I booked this property because it looked like a great place to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. My wife had always wanted to go to Hawaii and I thought this would be the perfect time to take her. The property looked great in the pictures and when we saw it in person, it was even more beautiful than pictured. The location is perfect. Carol is a great host and was very professional during the whole process. She even accommodated a last minute request to extend our stay. The Villa is beautiful and well stocked. The location is absolutely stunning. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The week flew by and the only regret we had was having to leave. Thank you Carol for an Anniversary we’ll never forget.

Wonderful place

We loved staying here. The place was right on the shore and had great views. Got to see sea turtles on the shore right outside the door. It was a walk to several wonderful restaurants and beaches and short drive to great snorkeling and more restaurants.

Beautiful Luxury Condo

The pictures do not do the property justice! This is a luxury 1 BR 2 story condo with the feeling of a private home. Right on the ocean path in Kapalua, a short walk to the pool and BBQ and an east walk to the Montage and Ritz Carlton, this was the perfect spot. My husband and I both remarked how private it felt for a development. Carol was very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

Walk to 4 different beaches, golf course, coffee, groceries, restaurants. Quieter than Kaanapali Beach area and a little cooler (and wetter). Kitchen is tiny, but condo is wonderful. Bed is comfortable and a/c is not required (although provided). One of the best oceanfront locations on Maui for the price.
