About this property

This condo, which comes with all new furnishings and in-condo washer and dryer, is ready to make your home away from home experience very special. It is located in the historic Winterhaven area and just a short 5 min walk away from the Festival of Lights.

The living room is furnished with an accent chair and a chase lounge couch that converts to a bed for an extra guest or daytime lounging while watching your favorite shows on the new 65" tv.

The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table and 4 comfortable chairs for dining or an afternoon of board games. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all appliances: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender.

Both bedrooms have a queen size platform beds with a 14" Cool Gel memory foam mattress, spacious walk-in closets and a 43" wall-mounted tv. The master bedroom has an in suite bathroom and is furnished with a 3 in 1 dresser desk combo for remote work or arts and craft.

The outside amenities include a quiet balcony to enjoy a cool breeze while relaxing on the wicker rocking/reclining chair and table set. It also has access to the community pool and spa and courtyard for walking your dog (leash is required). Last but not least, it also comes with 1 covered parking spot to protect your vehicle from the beautiful sunshine in the summer.

Winterhaven Condo

Very clean, cute condo in the Winterhaven neighborhood. Convenient to shopping. There is a Safeway and Trader Joe's within 10 minutes by car. Easy access to hiking and cultural amenities in downtown Tucson. Ryshawn is available and very responsive to requests. Since we cook most of our meals in the apartment as opposed to dining out there were a few things we requested for the kitchen and Ryshawn brought us way more than we even needed. It was much appreciated and it made our stay more pleasant. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment since it overlooks a a rather messy neighboring back yard.

Plesant condo, well appointed and fully equipped.

Owner has done a nice job assuring that all the bases are covered. Beds very comfortable, kitchen fully furnished, everything worked well. Only glitch was some trouble getting the specialized TV to work for streaming, but the owner was very responsive to help...and problem solved.
