This is a 2 family house (2 BR on top, 3 BR on bottom) and is rented as a single unit; so it great for groups of families or friends! There is a large outdoor patio, BBQ & outside shower. Multiple car off-street parking available. Includes beach gear, beach badges, bikes, foosball table and all linens! Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Lavallette are less than a mile away.
