My name is Amaury and I am the son of the owner of the "Les Cloupilloux" estate.

I look forward to welcoming you and helping you have a pleasant stay in this beautiful region where you will find absolute calm.

Below you will find information regarding the property in which you will be staying.

A. Main house:
- Master suite / Bedroom 1 on the ground floor/basement: 1 double bed of 160cm by 200cm with bathroom and Wc.
- Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor (in the attic): 1 double bed of 160cm by 200cm.

B. Second home:
- Bedroom 3 (1st floor): 1 double bed of 160cm by 200cm with walk-in shower (Wc right next to the bedroom).
- Bedroom 4 (ground floor): 1 double bed of 160cm by 200cm.
- Bedroom 5 (ground floor): 2 single beds of 90cm by 200cm.

(house A): the kitchen, equipped, comprises: an oven, a refrigerator (on -1), two fridges (a small one on the ground floor in the dining room and a large one on -1), a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, 3 gas and electric hobs, crockery and cutlery as well as other utensils. The house also offers an open fire, living room (television) and separate dining room that can accommodate +/- 8 people. A bathroom (on -1) with a sink as well as a washing machine and dryer in a back room are also provided.

(house B): a dishwasher, an oven, a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, living room + dining room that can accommodate 4/6 people and a beautiful bathroom/shower + toilet (on the ground floor).

Garden: partially fenced garden, garden furniture, barbecue, private outdoor swimming pool.
We also provide some sports equipment (badminton, pool games, footballs, basketballs, etc.).

Access to the property:

Mrs. Claudine will welcome you on your arrival, she will give you the keys and the necessary instructions. She will also be present to answer all your questions.

Included in the rental price

Here is a reminder of the services included in the price of your holiday rental:
General services: end-of-stay cleaning and WiFi. A cleaning kit and toilet paper are also provided.


If you would like a cleaning during your stay, this will not be included but can be arranged on request – please do not hesitate to ask me if necessary.

Pets on the property:
To be confirmed with my parents. I am personally ok provided that the tenants are responsible for the damage caused.

When you leave
A lady cleans and prepares the property before and after your stay. Please leave the property in the condition you found it in when you arrived, including the location of the furniture. This will make it easier for the lady to check the property and prepare it for future guests. Before you leave, check that the dishwasher is charged and the programme started. If you have time, please empty it and put away its contents; Clean the outdoor areas (cigarette butts, dog droppings, bottles, etc.); Empty the bins in the bathrooms; Throw away the ashes of the barbecue and clean the grill; Leave used towels and sheets at the entrance of the main house; Check that you have not forgotten anything; and if necessary, leave the keys at the agreed place. A reasonable cleaning fee is included in the rental price. If we find that additional cleaning is needed, you will be charged for these hours. We will then send you photos showing the additional tasks performed along with their cost. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
